Subject Matter Expert – Professional Services (English/Arabic, GCC) – Remote

About the role

Lilt is seeking experienced professionals to act as Subject Matter Experts for a cutting‑edge AI benchmarking project focused on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) within GCC corporate, legal, financial and technology environments. You will work remotely, creating realistic scenarios that reflect the complexities of professional services and technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality professional and technical service scenarios in Arabic or English, grounded in GCC operational contexts such as financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, and project delivery.
• Adapt and refine structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem‑solving, project coordination, and decision‑making tasks.
• Review AI‑generated and human‑generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices across GCC professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology domains.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic with strong professional English skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services, technology, legal services, accounting, audit, consulting, or project management.
• Background in one or more relevant roles such as accounting & auditing, IT or information systems management, legal practice, project management, software development, technology consulting, enterprise operations, or digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, and GCC business environments.
