Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CELESTAL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts in the Middle East. You will be responsible for attracting and engaging top technical talent that supports the company’s fast‑growing consulting and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and other channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening and interviews to offer negotiation and closing.
• Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Strengthen employer branding on LinkedIn and contribute to recruitment events.
• Identify and propose improvements to recruitment processes, tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, staffing or technical industries.
• Strong sourcing expertise and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work independently.
• Comfortable recruiting technical profiles in sectors such as Oil & Gas, energy or infrastructure.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
