Team Lead – Account Management (Local Shops)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead for Account Management to drive partner acquisition and growth for our local shops segment. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining high performance across sales metrics and ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing, Logistics and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain partner acquisitions, order growth, net fail rate and net take rates.
- Lead commission renegotiations and produce visibility metrics on work progress and team performance.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and account‑management targets.
- Allocate, monitor and complete team tasks accurately and on time.
- Guide and manage the team for optimum performance, including live meetings, email correspondence and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Finance to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve escalated issues.
- Lead new projects and initiatives across the Non‑Food vertical.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem‑solving, decision‑making and planning skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working conditions.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
