Technical Co-Founder (Founding CTO) – AI SaaS Startup

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Co‑Founder to lead the technology vision of VentureAssist AI, an AI‑powered business assistant platform. As the founding CTO you will shape the product, build the core architecture and help turn our vision into a scalable global SaaS solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy and architecture for the platform.
• Design, develop and launch the MVP and subsequent product releases.
• Select and implement the optimal technology stack.
• Build scalable backend and frontend systems using modern frameworks.
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI‑related components.
• Design APIs, third‑party integrations and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Establish development workflows, CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability and security.
• Recruit, mentor and grow the engineering team.
• Participate in strategic planning, fundraising and investor discussions.
• Iterate the product based on customer feedback.
