Technical Learning & Development Manager – Full Relocation

About the role

We are seeking a senior Technical Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver and evaluate specialist training programmes that enhance technical capability across our financial services organisation in Doha. You will lead end‑to‑end learning initiatives, from gap analysis to impact measurement, ensuring teams operate at the highest level in a complex investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical training needs analyses across business functions and investment disciplines.
• Design and deliver programmes covering financial products, processes, regulations and systems.
• Create learning materials, case studies and simulations that reflect real‑world trading, deal‑making and risk scenarios.
• Partner with external vendors or specialists to supplement internal expertise and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and implement improvements using the latest learning technologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Learning & Development within financial services, preferably investment banking or asset management.
• Background in internal or external consultancy/vendor roles is equally relevant.
• Deep understanding of banking products, operations, regulatory environment and investment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong credibility with senior stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
