Technical Senior Expert – Cybersecurity Training

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Senior Expert to design, deliver and continuously improve cybersecurity training and awareness programs for our organization. The role combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex security concepts into engaging learning experiences for diverse employee groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training curricula and simulation exercises.
• Create, update and localize security awareness content in both Arabic and English.
• Assess organizational training needs and evaluate current security awareness levels.
• Develop customized programs for different roles and departments, incorporating emerging threats.
• Monitor training metrics, report on effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback.
• Conduct research on new threats, technologies and best‑practice training methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training or awareness.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, CEH, GCIH and CompTIA Security+.
