About the role
The Technical Support Engineer will deliver frontline technical assistance to Qatar Airways' internal and external customers. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple requests while maintaining composure under pressure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer‑facing technical support and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks across rotational shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain readiness to work overtime and adapt to operational needs.
Required profile
- Proven customer‑facing experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a valuable advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in an IT services environment.
Required skills
- CCNA certification.
- MCSE certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
