About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will deliver frontline technical assistance to Qatar Airways' internal and external customers. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple requests while maintaining composure under pressure.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer‑facing technical support and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks across rotational shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain readiness to work overtime and adapt to operational needs.

Required profile

  • Proven customer‑facing experience with a friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a valuable advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in an IT services environment.

Required skills

  • CCNA certification.
  • MCSE certification.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
