Technical Support Representative – Airline Support

About the role

Join the Airline Support Team in Doha to provide 24/7 technical and operational assistance to Rolls‑Royce civil‑engine customers across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient engine operations while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide round‑the‑clock customer support, resolving operational and technical issues via established systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Offer technical guidance on aircraft engines, products and associated services.
• Monitor engine and system performance, identify potential issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, service partners and airline representatives to ensure service continuity.
• Support airline operational planning, including fleet plans, shop‑visit scheduling and business forecasts.
• Track warranties, guarantees and operational trends, escalating significant findings.
• Assist in introducing new products and services, preparing customers for operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities to expand product and service usage within customer operations.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude and customer‑engagement capability within the aviation or engineering sector.
• Experience or knowledge of power‑plant engine systems and operations.
• Background in aerospace, airline engineering support or field service engineering.
