Training Coordinator Electricity

About the role
We are looking for a Training Coordinator specialized in electricity to lead the planning and delivery of vocational training programs in Qatar. The role bridges the gap between learning needs and operational execution, ensuring that candidates receive high‑quality, compliant training.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the assessment and selection process for training candidates.
- Manage and oversee vocational training programs related to electricity.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align training objectives.
- Ensure all training activities comply with ISO, QA, Risk Management, and ISMS standards.
- Maintain adherence to company health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Specialisation certificate in Learning & Development.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
