About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Tube Fitter in Doha within its oil and gas business. The role covers fabricating and installing SS316/SS316L instrument tubing and related work on chemical injection packages and WHCP systems.
Key responsibilities
- Fabricate and install SS316/SS316L instrument tubing
- Cut, bend, route, deburr and fit tube ends, then install Swagelok, Parker A-Lok, Hy-Lok or equivalent fittings
- Carry out tubing work for Chemical Injection Packages and WHCP systems
- Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, leak detection and rectification
- Support FAT, commissioning, function testing and loop checks
Required profile
- Hands-on experience with instrument, hydraulic and pneumatic tubing
- Experience with Chemical Injection Packages and WHCP systems
- Knowledge of SS316/SS316L and high-pressure tubing systems
Required skills
- Ability to read P&IDs, tubing hook-ups, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, GA and isometric drawings
