Use-Case Specialist – Operational Digital Twin

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Use-Case Specialist to support the end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale Geospatial Digital Twin programme for a major national infrastructure owner in the Middle East. The role will help design, build and operationalise an Operational Digital Twin platform that integrates geospatial data, real‑time IoT/SCADA feeds, asset information and core enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in identifying, defining and prioritising high‑value use cases across planning, operations and maintenance.
• Plan and run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture pain points and user needs.
• Develop clear use‑case descriptions, including objectives, actors, user journeys, data needs, integration points and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Business Process Analysts, domain SMEs and technical teams to ensure feasibility within the solution architecture.
• Set up and execute proofs of concept for priority use cases, track assumptions, validation criteria and results.
• Prepare use‑case documentation, presentations and value‑realisation materials for internal and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, business, urban planning, information systems or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting definition and delivery of digital platforms, Digital Twin initiatives or geospatial projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with international experts and client stakeholders.
