About the role

The Van Salesman will be the front‑line representative for our brand, responsible for driving sales, distribution and merchandising activities across an assigned territory in Qatar. You will work directly with customers, manage stock rotation, collect cash and build strong relationships to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Interact with customers for sales, distribution, merchandising, stock rotation and cash collection.
  • Supervise truck helpers and delivery assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Buddy new recruits and help improve share‑of‑shelf and marketing execution.
  • Achieve individual sales targets (cash and credit) while ensuring proper market servicing and delivery.
  • Follow the journey plan to service assigned customers and update the trade‑asset database.
  • Prepare competition activity reports and report on new store openings.
  • Provide leave coverage, execute new product introductions, promotions and projects within the territory.
  • Allocate time efficiently for each customer and give feedback on distribution and customer issues.

Required profile

  • Minimum a Diploma in sales, business or a related field.
  • 4‑5 years of sales experience in FMCG, beverages or snacks.
  • Valid medium‑category Qatari driving licence.
  • Bilingual ability is a plus.
