About the role

Texas A&M University at Qatar is seeking a part‑time Visiting Lecturer in Physics to join its Division of Arts and Sciences for the Fall 2026 semester. The successful candidate will relocate to Doha and teach undergraduate physics courses to engineering students on the university’s modern campus.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality undergraduate physics lectures and labs.
  • Develop and update course materials in line with the U.S. curriculum.
  • Assess student performance and provide academic support.
  • Collaborate with faculty to maintain academic standards.

Required profile

  • Master of Science in Physics.
  • PhD in Physics, Earth Science, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at well‑respected universities.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. higher‑education system.
