About the role

Join the food & beverage team at Ibis & Adagio Doha, a vibrant multi‑brand hotel complex. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in line with Accor’s service standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, allergens and beverage pairings to recommend and upsell.
• Promote hotel F&B promotions and special offers.
• Assist teammates to keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Handle cash register duties and process payments accurately.
• Flexibly support other departments when required to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
