Waiter/Waitress – Bywater Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Bywater restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. In this role you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service with a warm, friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive demeanor and anticipate their needs to enhance their meal experience.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest inquiries.
• Take orders, input them into the POS system and deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and alcohol service regulations to guarantee guest and team safety.
