Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service at Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly food and beverage service to our guests in a vibrant, multi‑inclusive resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile, greet them promptly, and suggest menu items while professionally upselling food and beverage products.
• Take food and beverage orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide fast, efficient, and accurate service, responding to guest requests and queries promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to answer guest questions confidently.
• Uphold exceptional service standards in line with guest expectations and resort policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Basic Food Safety Certificate.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
