About the role

Join the Hilton Salwa team as a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress and become the face of hospitality for our guests. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service with a warm, friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with an upbeat demeanor and anticipate their needs to enhance the meal experience.
• Learn and confidently communicate menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest moments.
• Integrity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
