About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and service‑driven Waiters/Waitresses to join the distinguished team at Park Hyatt Doha, a luxury 5‑star hotel in Msheireb Downtown. In this role you will help create unforgettable moments for guests while upholding the hotel’s standards of elegance and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high‑quality service to restaurant guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings and presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of menu items, wine pairings and presentation standards.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
