About the role
Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking enthusiastic wait staff who are fluent in Thai to join its food and beverage team. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a dynamic hotel environment while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained according to hotel standards.
- Provide accurate order taking, timely delivery, and attentive follow‑up to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage operations.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Thai nationality with fluent spoken and written Thai.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Fluency in Thai (spoken and written).
