AC Technician – GCC Experience Required, Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AC Technician to join our shopping mall and accommodation management team in Qatar. The role involves maintaining and servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment across residential and commercial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate and maintain chillers, split and window AC units, DX systems, package units, air handling units (AHUs), chilled water pumps and fan coil units (FCUs).
• Perform routine facility maintenance for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring optimal performance of all HVAC systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC maintenance experience in the GCC market.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID and NOC.
• ITI, Diploma or equivalent trade certificate (minimum 1‑year course).
• Knowledge of related electrical works and strong technical understanding of unit operation.
• Immediate availability preferred.
