Account Executive Internship – Erada Program

About the role

The Erada Internship is a six‑month, full‑time program at Microsoft in Doha, designed for Qatari nationals. As an Account Executive Intern you will support Microsoft’s account teams, engage with customers, and help drive digital‑transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and create action plans.
• Orchestrate virtual teams and stakeholders to engage decision‑makers in assigned accounts.
• Recommend Microsoft solutions, develop value‑proposition presentations and business plans to generate upsell opportunities.
• Develop strategies to secure buy‑in, execute plans and identify new opportunities within accounts.
• Coordinate with internal industry experts to collect data and improve account planning.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Qatari nationality and legal authorization to work in Qatar.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for technology and customer‑obsessed mindset.
