Accounts Payable Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the finance team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role ensures that supplier invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in line with the hotel’s financial procedures, supporting the delivery of luxury hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Obtain required approvals, record invoices and payments in the accounting system, and reconcile supplier statements.
• Prepare payment schedules, process supplier payments on time, and monitor accounts‑payable aging.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Cost Control and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end closing, accruals, reconciliations and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
