Ad Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to serve as the technical backbone of our media team. You will own the backend of our retail media platform (Topsort) and ensure flawless execution, monetization and daily optimisation of digital ad campaigns such as banners and sponsored products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement incoming campaign briefs across Snoonu’s ecosystem, moving requests from brief to live setup.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Account Managers, diagnosing campaign anomalies, delivery bottlenecks and auction issues within the Topsort backend.
• Monitor live campaigns daily, manage pacing and optimise yield to prevent underspend or budget exhaustion.
• Analyse system and bidding data to identify why specific listings lose bids and propose actionable improvements for client delivery and platform revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate leadership strategy into high‑performing, error‑free campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret system and bidding data.
• Quick problem‑solving abilities and a troubleshooting‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with Account Managers and technical teams.

Required skills

• Experience with retail media backend platforms, preferably Topsort or similar.
