About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the site, handling reports, scheduling, and correspondence while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordination using Microsoft Outlook.
- Assemble, analyze, and prepare reports, agendas, and presentation materials.
- Maintain electronic and physical files, compile records, and process documents promptly.
- Draft and produce grammatically correct correspondence, including letters and memoranda.
- Develop and edit PowerPoint slides and other presentation assets.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, set up conference calls, and handle walk‑in requests.
- Support special projects and proactively suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of executive‑level administrative experience.
- Associate degree or business certification preferred; high school diploma required.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in data collection and basic analysis.
