About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Entry‑Level Professional to join our remote team. This role supports daily business operations, provides comprehensive administrative assistance, and helps maintain efficient workflows across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including document preparation, proofreading, and distribution.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, organize digital documents, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Schedule appointments, virtual meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and manage shared calendars.
- Assist cross‑functional teams with operational tasks, track project milestones, and help improve workflow efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling emails and inquiries professionally.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast‑paced virtual environment.
