Advanced Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Advanced Field Service Engineer provides on‑site technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting for complex industrial equipment. You will act as an escalation point for service teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair services at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements, answer queries and provide training.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and equipment status updates.
• Develop and execute preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and support teams to ensure comprehensive service.
• Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (relevant diplomas may be considered).
• Proven experience in field service engineering or a similar technical role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
