AI Deployment Lead

About the role

Brain Co. is expanding its AI Deployment team across Abu Dhabi and Doha. As an AI Deployment Lead you will bridge AI product delivery and customer engagement, shaping AI‑driven solutions for finance, energy and government challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify high‑impact problems and define AI‑driven product features.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and use cases for internal teams.
• Lead agile sprints, manage project timelines and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Travel regionally to onboard users, gather feedback and drive solution adoption.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers and product leads.
• Build trusted relationships and champion long‑term success of deployed solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer success, product management, delivery consulting or technical account management.
• Background at top‑tier product or consulting firms (e.g., Palantir, Google, Amazon, BCG, McKinsey).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on, bias‑for‑action mindset with ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within the region for on‑site deployments.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Knowledge of data workflows and model deployment processes.
• Ability to assess technical trade‑offs with engineering teams.
• Experience managing agile product or project delivery cycles.
