Asset Management Supervisory – Fixed Asset Tagging Manager

About the role

The Asset Management Supervisory role leads the Fixed Asset Tagging team, ensuring accurate asset registration and seamless coordination with partner universities and clients. You will drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance while maintaining data integrity in the SPAN system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tagging team, overseeing daily operations, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with partner universities and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Ensure all tag data are entered into the SPAN system and reconcile it monthly with the Fixed Asset Register.
• Generate reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise periodic inspections, manage material supplies, and conduct quality‑control inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies.
• At least 10 years of administrative experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role within inventory or asset management.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
