About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead its luxury bar operations. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a high‑performance team within a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, maintaining Rosewood’s brand standards and service excellence.
• Coach and develop bar staff, conducting regular observations and feedback sessions on the floor.
• Resolve guest and associate complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service across all hotel outlets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bar management within luxury hotels or upscale venues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
