Bellboy

About the role

The Bellboy is the first point of contact for guests at Barahat Msheireb Hotel, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring smooth luggage handling. You will assist guests from arrival through departure, creating a positive first impression of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage, handling it carefully and delivering it promptly to and from rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Retrieve departing guests' luggage and transport it to the lobby or designated pick‑up area.
• Assist guests with transportation needs, such as calling taxis or giving directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and luggage storage area.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive guest service attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
