About the role
The BMS Operator is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building management systems, supporting the team, and contributing to departmental improvement efforts. The role also includes reporting equipment faults to engineers and supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out assigned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Perform corrective maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist subcontractors with their assigned work.
- Report defects, breakdowns, and spare‑part needs to the Fault Reporting Center or relevant engineers.
- Follow duty rosters, maintain tools and test equipment, and comply with HSEQ standards.
Required profile
- ITI Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of regulations such as OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, and BS.
- Problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
