Business Development Manager – Facility Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Facility Management to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio. The successful candidate will secure FM contracts, build strategic relationships, and deliver tailored integrated facility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FM sector.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into long‑term clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals (RFP/RFQ).
• Design customized Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, cost estimations, and margin analysis.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high‑value contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in the Facility Management industry.
• Proven track record of winning FM contracts and managing SLA‑based agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Required skills

• Hard FM services: MEP, HVAC, Electrical systems, Fire systems.
• Soft FM services: Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Pest control.
• Tendering, costing, and SLA contract management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Financial acumen: costing, margin analysis, P&L understanding.
