CAD Solutions Specialist

About the role

The CAD Solutions Specialist will join ITS Qatar’s technical team in Doha, providing on‑site and remote support for a range of CAD and BIM software solutions. The role focuses on helping customers, consultants, contractors and resellers install, configure and optimise CAD tools to meet their project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Conduct on‑site and online product evaluations, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support, handling installation, activation, licensing, configuration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot software issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, architectural, civil, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM software and typical design workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop expertise.
