Interior Designer & Sales

About the role

The Interior Designer & Sales professional will combine creative interior design expertise with proactive sales activities. You will develop visual merchandising concepts, guide customers in creating beautiful spaces, and generate new business for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand culture, product range, and target market.
• Manage design projects from concept through completion, including space planning, finish selections, product specifications, and cost control.
• Prepare and present floor plans, design boards, and product recommendations to clients.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge of furniture, home furnishings, and accessories.
• Support junior designers and ensure design processes meet client specifications and profitability goals.
• Create window displays, interior signage, and seasonal showroom layouts.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, including music, display arrangement, and furniture condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, process orders, and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and delivery targets while actively prospecting new clients and projects.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of interior design principles and visual merchandising techniques.
• Ability to manage design projects from initial concept to final installation.
• Excellent product knowledge of furniture and related accessories.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Capability to guide junior designers and stay current on industry trends.
