Cargo Digital Content Management Specialist

About the role

As Qatar Airways Cargo expands its digital footprint, we are looking for a Cargo Digital Content Management Specialist to drive customer‑centric content across our website, mobile app and CRM platforms. You will ensure that all digital touchpoints are optimized for performance, search visibility and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments, outstations and group companies to update and maintain content on qrcargo.com and the mobile app.
• Create and manage content for pre‑login and post‑login website pages, booking flows, user profiles and other transactional pages.
• Collaborate with the Design team to develop innovative campaigns and shareable content for the website and social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Personalise messaging for campaigns, adapting copy to channel, customer segment and audience while respecting character limits.
• Support CRM activities including customer data segmentation, content planning, campaign coordination and performance‑driven updates.
• Apply SEO and content‑optimization best practices to improve discoverability and digital performance across all owned platforms.

Required profile
