Vertical Market Manager – Sealing & Bonding

About the role

Sika is seeking a Vertical Market Manager for its FFI‑Sealing & Bonding segment. The role will lead market growth, shape go‑to‑market strategies and build strong customer relationships within this specialized vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and industry research to identify trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Define target customer segments and assess the competitive landscape for positioning.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies tailored to the vertical market.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Implement multi‑channel marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure efficient deployment of initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on performance and ROI.
• Foster a collaborative culture of innovation within the vertical market team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Polymer) or equivalent.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 + years experience in vertical market management, business development or strategic marketing in industrial or specialty chemicals.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and market‑focused results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
