Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing & Communications team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role will support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for two distinguished luxury hotel brands, ensuring each campaign reflects the unique brand identity and high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and curate content for social media, website, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Support event planning, promotions and partnership activities.
• Maintain brand consistency in all communications and visual assets.
• Collaborate with Public Relations, Sales, Revenue Management and other internal teams to align marketing efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong interest in luxury hospitality and brand storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
