Chef De Rang – Fine Dining Service

About the role

LPM Restaurant and Bar is expanding its fine‑dining team in Doha and seeks a motivated Chef De Rang to deliver exceptional service. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, attentive service to guests throughout their visit.
• Manage a designated section of the dining room, coordinating with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
• Advise guests on menu selections and wine pairings, showcasing knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waitress or similar role in a high‑end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
