Outlet Supervisor

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated Food & Beverage outlet at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction and profitability in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the assigned F&B outlet, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team, conducting pre‑shift briefings and monitoring performance.
• Maintain brand and hotel standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, safety and food‑handling procedures.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, resolving concerns to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate requisitions and control waste to optimise stock levels.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue targets.
• Assist the Outlet Manager with scheduling, training, performance management and team development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort F&B outlet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
