Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across a large commercial facility in Doha. The role involves managing housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and housekeeping staff.
• Allocate manpower, monitor attendance, and ensure schedules are completed efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop cleaning personnel.
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large cleaning teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
• Preferred knowledge of CAFM/FM systems and HSE certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH).
• Valid Qatar driving licence.
