Cluster Telephone Operator

About the role

Join the Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli team as a Cluster Telephone Operator, providing attentive and proactive telephone support to guests. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa promotions and other properties.
• Take personal responsibility for service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction standards are consistently met.
• Follow up on guest issues in a timely manner and suggest innovative alternatives.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments and attend daily briefings, events and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic is an asset.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Property Management Systems is a plus.
