Commercial Manager

About the role

Gulf Helicopters Company is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial growth across its helicopter operations. The role will lead bids, manage customer contracts and develop pricing strategies to support revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial bids, tenders and proposal submissions for aviation and helicopter services.
• Negotiate, manage and administer customer contracts and commercial agreements.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial models and business cases.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Manage contract renewals, variations, claims and commercial risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, preferably in the helicopter/rotary‑wing or aviation industry.
• Proven experience in bid management, tendering, contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with offshore, government, defence, EMS or SAR contracts is an advantage.
