Commercial Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Marketing Coordinator will drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of Snoomart’s commercial campaigns and promotional calendar. Acting as the central hub between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, Content, CRM, and Finance, you will ensure campaigns launch on time, meet commercial targets, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Commercial Campaign Calendar, aligning all internal stakeholders.
• Support Category Managers in planning and executing supplier‑funded and internal promotions.
• Manage campaign setup, mechanics, timelines, and launch readiness, escalating risks when needed.
• Validate pricing, discounts, product assortment, and promotional content before launch.
• Work with Inventory and Operations to guarantee stock availability for promotional items.
• Ensure accurate presentation of campaigns across app banners, landing pages, collections, and listings.
• Oversee digital merchandising, homepage placements, and featured product visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating commercial or marketing campaigns.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to align multiple cross‑functional teams.
