Senior Loyalty Specialist

About the role

The Senior Loyalty Specialist will own the execution of Snoonu's Royal Club loyalty program, turning strategic direction into day‑to‑day operations. Working hand‑in‑hand with the Loyalty Program Manager, you will ensure the program delivers high‑impact member experiences, drives retention, and supports overall growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate loyalty strategy into campaigns, operational workflows, and member‑facing initiatives.
• Manage the Coins economy, redemption centre, tier structure and benefit fulfilment.
• Produce data‑driven recommendations for new features, commercial partnerships and program enhancements.
• Support quarterly roadmap planning with analyses, business cases and market benchmarks.
• Design, launch and analyse complex loyalty campaigns (onboarding, engagement, win‑back, seasonal, partner‑driven).
• Develop segmentation and personalization frameworks for in‑app, push, email and SMS communications.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise conversion, engagement and redemption rates.
• Track and report on KPIs such as enrollment rate, active member %, earn/burn ratio, program cost‑to‑revenue and NPS.
• Act as the primary loyalty liaison across Product, CRM, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors on integrations, co‑branded campaigns and benefit sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Experience, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience managing loyalty programs, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through loyalty campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
