About the role
The Commis II will work in the main kitchen of Four Seasons Hotel Doha, supporting the culinary team to deliver high‑quality dishes across the hotel’s ten dining venues, including the world‑renowned Nobu restaurant. Based onsite in Doha, Qatar, the role contributes to the hotel’s reputation for luxury hospitality and authentic Qatari service. Four Seasons Hotel Doha offers 237 guest rooms, private villas, and a dynamic Food & Beverage operation, providing a vibrant environment for culinary professionals.
