Commissioning Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

KinTec Global is seeking a Commissioning Engineer specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join a long‑term EPC project in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering commissioning activities for oil & gas facilities, ensuring that all E&I systems are installed, tested, and handed over to operations safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commissioning plans for electrical and instrumentation systems on an EPC site.
• Perform pre‑commissioning checks, functional testing, and final acceptance of equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues during start‑up.
• Prepare and review commissioning documentation, including test procedures and reports.
• Support the integration of control systems using Hexagon, ICAPS, or WinCC platforms.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in oil & gas commissioning, preferably on EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related E&I discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with Hexagon, ICAPS, or WinCC control systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of E&I commissioning processes and safety standards.
