Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Compliance Analyst to support compliance reviews across key business functions. The role will focus on analysing end‑to‑end processes within SAP, ensuring they align with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct functional reviews across Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Payroll, Commercial, and Cost Control.
• Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
• Communicate findings and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain tracking tools to ensure complete audit trails.
• Recommend process improvements based on compliance reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Monitor compliance performance through monthly scorecards.
• Support compliance training initiatives.
• Review policies and recommend improvements to address compliance gaps.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in compliance, risk, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management, Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, and HR & Payroll compliance.
• Experience with SAP (ERP systems) is mandatory.
• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
