Consumer Contact Centre Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Consumer Contact Centre Advisor to join our customer service team in Qatar. You will be the first point of contact for premium clients, handling enquiries via phone, online and in‑person, while delivering high‑quality service and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with premium customers and key personnel.
• Respond quickly to customer concerns, working cross‑functionally to resolve issues.
• Handle enquiries, provide product and service information, and achieve relationship targets and KPIs.
• Monitor contacts against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
• Conduct periodic reviews and client satisfaction surveys to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and inform customers about additional company offerings.
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfill client needs and escalate concerns as required.
• Collaborate with team members and other functions to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication skills aligned with Vodafone Qatar’s quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing demands and maintain resilience.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience using internet applications for customer support.
