Contracts Administrator – Construction Division

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Contracts Administrator to support the administration, coordination, and control of contractual documentation throughout the lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects. The role works closely with project teams, quantity surveyors, procurement, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure contracts are properly managed and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain project contracts, sub‑contracts, consultancy agreements and related documentation.
• Prepare, issue, track and archive contractual correspondence, notices, approvals and instructions.
• Support the preparation and administration of variation orders, claims, extension‑of‑time requests and contractual notices.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, compliance requirements and report on status.
• Identify contractual risks, delays and entitlement opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager and project teams, including contract summaries and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate contract administration activities.
• Prepare contract administration reports, trackers, dashboards and support project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Experience in contract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good understanding of contractual compliance, variations and claims processes.
• Effective communication and record‑keeping skills.
