About the role

The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers in a retail café environment. You will support sales, maintain store standards, manage inventory, and operate the cash register while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, address basic complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
• Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory levels.
• Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
